Access Influential, d.b.a. 4Work, has created this privacy
statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to
privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and
dissemination practice for this site: 4Work.com.
We may use an individual's IP address to help diagnose problems
with our server and to administer our Web site.
4Work.com functions as an inventory management system, with the
inventory under management being the skills, interests and
abilities of job seekers. Employers access this inventory by
posting a job on the 4Work.com search engine. This activates an
agent that we call Job
Alert! Job
Alert! then matches their opportunity to the inventory of job
seekers and alerts the job seeker via email of the match.
Subscribing to Job
Alert! is
not required. All job postings are freely accessible to the job
seeker through the use of the search engine.
The value of Job
Alert! to
job seekers is that it automates the job search process. To
subscribe, job seekers register their name, email address, up to
5 Keywords identifying their skills, interests and abilities
along with the geography in which they would like to search
4Work.com. Job seekers have the option to provide additional
demographic information including sex, age, income, educational
level, etc. This voluntary information is available to employers
as a statistical summary to help them decide whether to use the
services of 4Work.com.
4Work.com does not collect resumes or any personal information
other than the individuals Name and Email address as part of the
Job
Alert! process
described above. We do not ever sell or otherwise share this
information. The job seeker may choose to contact an employer
but this choice is completely in the job seeker's control.
4Work.com also collects information from employers and
recruiters posting jobs to our site for use in account set up
for billing purposes. The information required for creating an
account is as follows: Company Name, Contact Name, Address
including City, State and Zip Code, Email Address, Phone and Fax
Numbers, Credit Card Number and Credit Card Expiration Date. This
information is used solely to bill for job postings or to
provide customer service responses and is not used for any other
purpose within our organization.
Employers and recruiters may voluntarily provide contact
information with their job postings to enable job candidates to
contact them. This information may include: Company Name,
Contact Name, Address including City, State and Zip Code, Email
Address, Phone and Fax Numbers.
None of this information is available to any other organization
within any other context than those defined above.
Job seekers can unsubscribe to Job
Alert! simply
by typing 'REMOVE' in the subject line of a Job
Alert! Notification.
An employer may close their account at any time and delete Job
Postings by contacting 4Work or through the Job
Posting Wizard on
the web site.
Children's Guidelines
4Work.com does not solicit or knowingly collect information from
children under the age of 15. If children under the age of 15
subscribe to our Job
Alert! search
agent, the personal information collected is limited to the Name
and Email address. In addition, if subscribing to Job Alert!,
users may voluntarily provide demographic data; however, we do
not include a category to collect age information for persons
under the age of 15, thus, there is no method for identifying
any person as being under the age of 15. If provided, this
voluntary information is available to employers only as a
statistical summary to help them decide whether to use the
services of 4Work.com. In addition, Job
Alert! subscribers
have the option of submitting their resume for inclusion in our
Featured Job Seekers section. The staff of 4Work reviews
Featured Job Seekers submissions to determine if they should be
included on the site. We will not post any resume which is not
legitimate as will clearly be the case if an individual is under
the age of 15.
Choice/Opt-Out
Our site provides a service of emailing job opportunity
information to those who have subscribed to Job Alert!, the
4Work.com personal job search agent. This is done only at the
Users request. At any time a job seeker may come back to
4Work.com and delete or modify his/her Job
Alert! personal
profile.
This site contains links to other sites. 4Work is not
responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web
sites. We may use an outside company to display ads on our site.
Ads may contain cookies, and appear to be coming from our site.
We do not have access to any information about you from cookies
you might receive while visiting our site.
